When a property manager at a 400-unit compound in Jeddah enters a tenancy agreement, she is probably switching between Arabic and English multiple times before the document is complete.   • Are date fields Hijri-aware? For a Saudi operation, this is not optional. It is a basic requirement for contract dates, payment schedules, and regulatory submissions.
